
Morris Garage Electric SUV eZS
The iconic British automaker Morris Garages launched its Hector midsize SUV despite the sharp decline in the auto industry they have managed to receive a strong response from the Indian consumers. Looking at the well-received success MG has announced to launch its infamous maiden electric vehicle the Morris Garages electric SUV the eZs in India by end of 2019.

Affordablity
MG lives a second life in the hands the Chinese, since its official launch in European and UK Market it has received 1000 reservations and growing. One of the main reasons is the correct pricing which makes this as one of the best affordable electric car in this segment. Coming soon to India we can expect the price to be closely with Hyundai Kona pricing which is around 20-23 lac.

Juice
The MG eZS EV electric SUV is equipped with a 44.5 kWh capacity lithium ion battery which is liquid cooled and can give autonomy of 262 kilometers of range. The engine produces an output power of 143 horsepower and maximum torque of 350 Nm. Top speed can be clocked to 140 kilometers per hour and acceleration from 0-100 in 8.5 seconds.


Interiors
On the inside the MG eZS EV will be equipped with Pilot driving assistance, infotainment system, Cruise control, eight inch touch screens, 6-8 years warranty on the car and battery. MG is yet to announce the exact specifications for the eZS, but the company has confirmed that its electric car will also be a connected car like the MG Hector SUV and it will also get over-the-air (OTA) technology.

Conclusion
Furthermore, due to the lack of charging stations infrastructure in India many of the customers are avoiding to purchase or even see a possibility to own an electric car. To achieve this problem MG has collaborated with Delta Electronics a Thailand based company who are expert in electronics and automaton for installation of AC chargers in the private garages, homes and even offices. MG’s will be launched in the first five major cities in India with a limited no of units. It will be brought in as CKD and will lock horns with the Hyundai Kona Electric and Nissan Leaf in the Indian electric car market.
